Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PLM consultant in the United States to lead functional design, requirements gathering, and pilot validations. You will configure Product Data Hub and related PLM modules, coordinate master data alignment, and drive PLM roadmap and sprint delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in Oracle SCM/ERP with 4+ years in Oracle Cloud PLM implementations, and certification.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM expertise with Product Development and Product Hub (PIM).
  • Configure PLM end-to-end and test for 2–3 Oracle Cloud PLM implementations.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster learning in PLM/SCM teams.
  • Integrate Oracle Fusion apps with external systems via REST APIs, web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Lead functional design for Oracle Cloud PLM and gather business requirements.
  • Configure PLM modules and touchpoints to support PLM activities.
  • Coordinate master data configuration for items and BOMs across entities.

Job description

Candidate should have a proven background in implementing Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

Lead the functional design efforts for Oracle Cloud PLM. Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct workshops with stakeholders, and prepare functional specifications and solution designs for the requirements.

Configure Oracle PLM (beginning with Product Data Hub), and configure related Oracle module touch-points as needed to support PLM activities.

Coordinate master data configuration/alignment for items, BOMs across multiple business entities.

Validate Launch Readiness: Lead pilot rollouts to verify item masters, before full-scale rollout.

Define and execute the PLM roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Lead planning and sprint execution for product management, innovation management, quality management and configuration modelling.

Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and design solutions for integrating Oracle Cloud PLM with other Oracle Cloud ERP and SCM applications, as well as EBS SCM and third‑party applications and systems.

Lead system testing activities, including test planning, test case development, and execution to ensure the quality and reliability of the configured solution.

Handle Data Migration and Hypercare production support activities.

Actively contribute to established implementation methodology around RAID logs and any other methods to document risks, actions, issues, and dependencies for the overall project.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME), providing recommendations, insights and guidance on optimizing the Oracle Cloud solution and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Support Continuous Improvement: Use AI and analytics to identify areas of high risk and target areas of improvement.

Support client’s change management program and initiatives.

3+ years in Agile/SAFe: Experience leading workstreams in high‑velocity, iterative delivery environments.

Required Skills:
  • Hands‑on Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM Expertise: Must have proven experience with Product Development and Product Hub (PIM) component.
  • Candidate should be able to configure the application and test end to end for Product Lifecycle Management. Candidate should have experience in 2‑3 Oracle Cloud PLM implementation projects.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, encouraging a culture of learning and development within the Oracle PLM, Planning and greater SCM team.
  • Should have excellent understanding of integrating Oracle Fusion applications with external systems using various integration options like web services, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud platform, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and drive process improvements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Focus on the skills required to accomplish the key responsibilities for this role.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Working on ways to automate the system to be more user friendly.
  • Working with various teams including those using the legacy system(s) for closing the month end, quarter end, and/or year end critical activities.
Qualifications:
  • 10 years of relevant Oracle SCM/ERP experience with 4+ years of Oracle Cloud PLM implementation experience
  • Should be Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management certified. Related Oracle Cloud or EBS certifications will be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.23/hour - $72.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
