Job summary

American Rheinmetall is seeking a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Change Analyst in Auburn Hills, MI to support PLM tools and processes. The role collaborates with engineering and manufacturing teams to manage changes, part/BOM maintenance, and release activities.

You will interface with cross‑functional teams, prepare change plans, assess impacts, and facilitate Change Board meetings, contributing to regulated environments and defense programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct product configuration management experience in complex products.
• 2+ years in a highly regulated environment (Automotive, DOD, aerospace).
• Familiar with PLM and data management tools including TeamCenter.

Responsibilities

• Perform PLM work managing lifecycles, Part/ BOM/ Engineering Changes, and software release configurations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement changes and ensure traceability.
• Assess impact of a change and conduct readiness assessments; develop implementation plans.
• Create change plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
• Facilitate Change Board meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
