Qualifications
- Heavy industrial manufacturing experience is required.
- Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, VFDs, industrial electrical systems, and automated manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot PLC faults, VFDs, motor controls, sensors, relays, and electrical circuits.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic issues on production and packaging machinery.
- Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals to trace problems.
- Assist with equipment installations, startups, testing, and controls modifications.
- Complete preventive maintenance, document repairs, and help prevent repeat failures.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and food manufacturing Good Manufacturing Practices.
