DEPARTMENT: Maintenance

JOB TITLE: PLC Maintenance Tech

REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor

SHIFT: Monday‑Friday (Sunday night to Thursday night) 11:00 pm‑7:00 am. Must be willing and able to work mandatory overtime on off days as necessary.

STARTING PAY: Competitive based on experience (includes shift premium).

Responsibilities

• Experience with PLCs.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Perform repairs and adjustments to maintain optimal functionality.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and reduce potential issues.
• Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
