Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC, a leading tile and stone manufacturer in the United States, is hiring an Electrical Maintenance Technician for our Dickson, TN plant. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing PLCs and electrical systems within a manufacturing environment.

You will troubleshoot electrical circuits, set up VFDs, and lead PMs across the production floor, while coordinating with supervision to ensure safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• 4 or more years industrial maintenance experience and 2 years industrial electrical experience.
• Associate degree in industrial electronics preferred.
• Formal PLC training preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical code.

Responsibilities

• Basic PLCs lay out and trouble shoot of analogic/digital signals and network communication.
• Inspect and maintain the safety devices related to the process equipment.
• Set up basic VFD/DRIVERS parameters and troubleshoot alarms.
• Prioritize activities for PMs/Work Orders/Inspections.
• Draft, request, and validate SOPs for assigned area to guarantee other team members are trained on documentation.
• Respond to radio calls in assigned area.
