Job summary

Mural Industrial Staffing is hiring an Industrial Controls Electrician for a large-scale installation project in Apple Grove, WV (near Huntington). This contract position offers 6+ months, with overtime potential, daily per diem, and work on advanced PLC-based electrical systems.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of industrial electrical installation and troubleshooting, PLC wiring experience, and strong NEC/IEC knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial electrical installation and troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, bend, and secure flexible and rigid conduit.
• Pull, organize, and label wires for control systems (30–40 ft runs).
• Terminate wiring into PLC I/O modules, terminal blocks, and junction boxes.
• Install and align sensors (limit switches, proximity switches, etc.).
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and panel layouts.
• Test circuits and components (voltage, continuity) with multimeters.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and electrical safety procedures.
• Work independently and troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision.
