Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and related software.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Rockwell PLC software: design, writing, troubleshooting.
• Experience with RSLogix 5000, RSLogix 500, Studio 5000, CCW.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic and mechanical prints.
• Familiarity with high‑speed manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Knowledge of ABB & Fanuc robot programming is a plus.
• Five years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks safely and promote a people‑safety culture.
• Troubleshoot using PLC and HMI code to reduce downtime.
• Back up programs and ensure changes meet safety/quality standards.
• Perform preventive, corrective maintenance and inspections.
• Develop and train maintenance staff on control systems.
• Recommend equipment upgrades to prevent obsolescence.
• Keep knowledge up to date on parts, equipment, and processes.
• Develop and execute PMs on control cabinets.
• Contribute to safe work practices and identify unsafe conditions.
• Adhere to GMP requirements in all job functions.
