Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• Thorough knowledge of PLC-controlled machinery.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing & HVAC systems.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general computer applications.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and manuals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment with focus on electrical/PLC-controlled systems.
• Upgrade equipment from relay logic to PLC controls by building panels from wiring diagrams.
• Maintain a total productive maintenance program following manufacturer instructions.
• Support HVAC, vacuum systems, dust collection, air compressors, furnaces, lighting and related equipment.
• Assist with breakdown handling and maintenance requests as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist in project modifications and local pick-ups for maintenance needs.
