Job summary

TechStar Group in Georgetown, KY seeks a PLC Electrical Automation Engineer for a 12-month contract to support online and offline robot and PLC programming. You will participate in equipment installation, verify body weld standards on new installs and model changes, and ensure safety devices and production activities meet requirements.

The role requires learning BPE standards, configuring equipment, and training NAMC MTCE on new equipment while supporting production through Start of Production

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming and robot programming.
• Experience with electrical control systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to install equipment and verify safety devices during production changes.
• Familiarity with production start-up processes and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• BPE online/offline robot and PLC programming.
• Equipment installation and verification of weld standards on new installs and model changes.
• Confirm safety devices and production activity in the body weld shop.
• Assist with SOP, train NAMC MTCE on new equipment, and support production through start-up.

Job Description:

• BPE Machine Seibi Online and Offline Robot and PLC programming.
• Equipment installation, confirmation of Body weld standards on new installs and model changes, confirmation of all safety devices and equipment production activity in the body weld shop.
• Expectation is to learn, understand BPE standards setup equipment and train NAMC MTCE on new equipment and assist with production through Start of production (SOP).
