Interfor Corporation in Baxley, Georgia, seeks an Electrical PLC & Controls Supervisor to lead mill electrical and automation initiatives. You will troubleshoot PLC logic, mentor five electricians, and drive modernization of legacy systems, including Allen-Bradley platforms, to improve reliability and performance.

You'll partner with maintenance, operations, and planning to resolve equipment issues, manage EAM-based electrical work, and deliver projects on time and safely.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PLC and industrial controls experience required.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley systems preferred; Siemens/Toshiba assets welcome.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on PLC, HMI, controls, and automation programming and troubleshooting support across the mill.
• Assess, integrate, and upgrade legacy control systems to improve reliability and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and prioritize the day-to-day work of five electricians with safety emphasis.
• Write logic and design, build, and implement control systems for mill improvements and capital projects.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and planning teams to resolve equipment issues and manage electrical work through EAM.
