Job summary

Inframark is seeking a PLC Applications Engineer (SE) to develop PLC-based monitoring and control software, perform factory and field testing, startup, and provide customer training.

The role involves translating contract requirements into PLC programs using major manufacturers' software, installing systems, testing with FAT/SAT, and supporting field service teams. Occasional travel is required, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' PLC programming experience, preferably in Water & Wastewater.
• Knowledge of PLC hardware and programming software from major vendors.
• Willingness to travel for startup, testing, and training.

Responsibilities

• Receives project requirements and develops PLC applications per contract and System Control Narrative.
• Develops PLC programs using manufacturer software and installs all required software.
• Performs FAT/SAT testing and demonstrates system functionality to Owner/Engineer/Contractor.
• Provides training to operators and support to field service technicians.
