You will communicate accurately about Mary Baker Eddy, Church services, Reading Room, and publications, while ensuring safety, guest flow, and a warm, dignified environment for diverse guests.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Hospitality, customer service, visitor engagement, public speaking experience.
• Public-facing role with ability to discuss Christian Science clearly and respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and respond to needs professionally.
• Share accurate information about exhibits, tours, and Church services.
• Monitor guest flow, address issues, and enforce policies.
• Operate the ticketing/POS system and balance cash drawer.
• Support outdoor plaza hosting and group visits.
• Record engagement data for management insights.
• Collaborate with Plaza Activities team and safety protocols.
