Job summary

Sonatafy Technology, Inc. seeks a proactive QA Engineer with extensive Playwright and TypeScript experience to ensure product quality across web and mobile platforms. You will join a collaborative engineering team supporting client staff augmentation and delivering end-to-end software solutions.

The role splits roughly 50/50 between manual testing and automation, including API checks with Postman and CI/CD integration using BrowserStack. Strong English and Agile experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Playwright with TypeScript.
• Experience with BrowserStack Test Management and Automate.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
• Proven API testing experience (manual and automated).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Drive automated testing across the platform (50%) and support manual testing (50%).
• Design, implement, and maintain Playwright-based end-to-end and API tests.
• Review requirements and write clear test plans and cases.
• Perform cross-browser and real-device testing with evidence-rich defect reports.
• Collaborate with Product and Development during sprints to verify acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to social media reporting initiatives and quality metrics.
