Dogtopia of Elsmere is seeking a dedicated Playroom Manager to oversee a fun and safe environment for dogs while managing a team. Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining safety standards, and interacting with pet parents.

The ideal candidate must love dogs, have excellent communication skills, and be proactive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an hourly wage between $17 and $18 with opportunities to bring your dog to work.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a supervisory role in a professional environment.
• Franchise experience a plus.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and fun play environment for each pup.
• Supervise the team to ensure safety and customer service standards.
• Interact with dogs and engage pet parents through cameras.

Skills
