The Playground Aide supervises students on the playground, inthe cafeteria, and in other assigned areas. In addition, the employee encourages student activities that will contributetoward the health, safety, and desirable social skills and habits of the students while on theschool playground, during the lunch period, and at other assigned times and locations. The employee will also fulfillother related duties as required or assigned. The Playground Aide will administer safety rules with students and make sure they follow all school guidelines and rules. Act as a mediator when needed to de-escalate issues between students.
