Job summary

Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack is seeking full-time and part-time Player Club Representatives in Wheeling, West Virginia. In this role, you'll assist guests with the Player Rewards Program transactions, ensuring exceptional service.

We offer weekly pay, training, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and a 401(k). Candidates should be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. No prior experience is required, but a state gaming license is essential.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of games, contests, drawings, and give-aways.
• Maintain strict confidential guidelines in all customer interactions and records.
