Job summary

Cherokee Casino in Oklahoma is seeking a Player Services Cashier to process cash and non-cash transactions, enroll guests in the Status+ Rewards program, and promote casino events and offers. You’ll help maintain financial accuracy and safeguard assets in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and strong math/communication skills, with cash handling or customer service experience preferred. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work varied shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume cash and non-cash transactions including chip redemption, check cashing, and voucher redemptions.
• Enroll guests in the Status+ Rewards program and issue membership cards.
• Promote ongoing casino promotions and explain program benefits.
• Conduct basic player evaluations and outbound scripted calls.
• Verify and distribute jackpot payments and complete required documentation.
• Maintain accountability for ATMs, kiosks, and cage transactions.
• Reconcile daily transactions and ensure accuracy of funds exchanged.
• Handle guest requests and disputes professionally, escalating when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and casino information.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
