Cherokee Casino Grove is seeking a part-time Player Services Cashier to play a vital role in providing a positive and enjoyable gaming experience for guests. This position involves handling a variety of financial transactions, promoting the casino's rewards program, and ensuring the satisfaction of guests.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One year of cash handling or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Process a wide range of cash and non-cash transactions for guests, including chip issuance and redemption, currency exchanges, and check cashing.
  • Promote and explain rewards program benefits, ongoing promotions, and other relevant information to guests.
  • Enroll guests in the rewards program and issue membership cards.
  • Conduct entry-level player evaluations and make outbound calls as needed.
  • Verify and distribute payments for jackpots and special payouts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Handle guest requests, disputes, and complaints professionally.
  • Safeguard company assets and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
