We’re looking for a candidate to oversee daily staff guidance, support operational goals, ensure excellent customer service, and verify financial transactions and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Providing supervision and support to staff, monitoring performance and profit objectives.
  2. Managing scheduling concerns with the manager, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
  3. Supporting compliance with departmental budgets.
  4. Promoting and demonstrating superior customer service standards.
  5. Handling guest inquiries and issues, assisting with currency and credit line verifications, and verifying cash drawers and transactions.
Minimum qualifications:
  1. High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience, with 1-2 years in customer service preferred.
