Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Player's Club Representative to sign up players for our Player Loyalty Club, Club One, educate guests on casino promotions and events, and create a positive environment by providing above and beyond customer service.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work across shifts including weekends, and proficiency with player tracking systems to engage guests and participate in promotions.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Understand and comply with company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules.
• 1 to 6 months of related experience.
• Able to work any day and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain effective working relationships with Team Members and Guests.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold the Company Service Standards at all times.
• Communicate with Guests in a professional manner.
• Answer Guest questions with a solid understanding of the department and property.
• Work independently and perform essential functions without direct supervision.
• Be proficient in the use of player tracking systems.
• Evaluate and qualify guests for participation in casino floor promotions.
• Remain enthusiastic, outgoing and friendly while handling diverse situations.
