Player Card Retail Cashier - Starting at $24.84 per hour

Position Summary

Serve as guest contact and key data entry clerk for Players Card database information. Provide retail services in the gift shop.

General Accountabilities
  1. Increase the value of the del Lago brand through excellence, excitement, and hospitality.
  2. Identify and gather information on valuable guests through observation, analysis, and personal contact.
  3. Execute guest loyalty, relationships, and direct marketing programs. Respond to guest requirements.
  4. Perform data entry tasks related to Players Club memberships accurately and efficiently.
  5. Record and report database information to management and assist in database updates.
  6. Maintain thorough knowledge of all special events, promotions, advertising campaigns, and community events.
  7. Display superior people skills and project a confident, mature presence.
  8. Conduct informal surveys and queries.
  9. Become an expert in the player tracking system software.
  10. Follow all standard operating procedures and cash handling protocols.
  11. Maintain inventory and ensure retail merchandise presentation is neat and organized.
  12. Perform duties related to inventory stocking.
Working Conditions

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent education and training.
