Job summary

Oasis Academy Henderson Avenue is inviting applications for a Play Worker to join our lunchtime team on a permanent, part-time basis at our Scunthorpe campus. You will assist pupils during lunchtime, ensuring access to play equipment and safe, engaging play activities.

Ideal candidates will have GCSEs in English and Maths (C or above) and show awareness of safeguarding. The role offers training and development opportunities within a supportive school environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at C grade or above.
• Experience of supporting pupils with lunch time play.
• Awareness of Child Safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across lunchtimes ensuring access to play equipment.
• Work with lunchtime staff to supervise play and safety.
• Encourage imaginative play with a variety of equipment.
