Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking individuals who will engage with children using play and ABA techniques to support development. No ABA experience required at start, with training provided and a pathway to become RBT certified.

Responsibilities include creating a safe, positive environment, documenting progress, and helping children learn through structured play. Regular hours are Mon–Fri with some Saturdays, and benefits include health coverage.

We’re looking for a certain kind of person. They kneel down to a child's eye level. They bring the same patience to the tenth try as the first. They celebrate a tiny win like it's the biggest thing that happened all week…because for a young child with autism, it might be.

We call them Believers. They are teammates who believe in progress of our kiddo’s and in each other. And we don't need you to have experience to be one! 

We’ll teach you the skills; you bring the heart.

No ABA experience? No problem. Many of our teammates have worked as nannies, babysitters, childcare or daycare providers, paraprofessionals, educators, teachers, CNAs, caregivers, home health aides, social workers, CPS worker, or behavioral health technicians. If you enjoy helping children learn and grow, we’ll teach you the rest.

What we're looking for

• Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed

What we offer

• Pay: $18.24 to $31.05 per hour based on experience
• Hours: Monday through Friday- regular schedule during the hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm with the occasional Saturday
