Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking teammates who believe in progress for children with autism and in each other. No prior ABA experience required—we’ll teach you the rest. You’ll work with kids using play and ABA strategies to support learning and growth.
Position offers weekday hours, health benefits for full-time staff, and a path to BCBA via a scholarship program that can provide up to $10,000. Join us to make a tangible impact on families and communities.
Play. Teach. Believe.
We’re looking for a certain kind of person. They kneel down to a child's eye level. They bring the same patience to the tenth try as the first. They celebrate a tiny win like it's the biggest thing that happened all week…because for a young child with autism, it might be.
We call them Believers. They are teammates who believe in progress of our kiddo’s and in each other. And we don't need you to have experience to be one!
We’ll teach you the skills; you bring the heart.
No ABA experience? No problem. Many of our teammates have worked as nannies, babysitters, childcare or daycare providers, paraprofessionals, educators, teachers, CNAs, caregivers, home health aides, social workers, CPS worker, or behavioral health technicians. If you enjoy helping children learn and grow, we’ll teach you the rest.
Supercharge your career by staying with us to become a BCBA. Our Scholarship provides up to $10,000 in financial support to help you.
Here, you’re not just showing up for a job. You’re helping create real, lasting progress for children with autism and their families.
Bring your heart. Bring your ideas. Grow your skills, challenge what’s possible, and make an impact you can actually see.
You believe in them. We believe in you.
