Job summary

Electric Playhouse in Albuquerque is seeking part-time guest services staff to educate visitors about our immersive experiences and what we offer.

You will help keep the play areas, retail spaces, admissions, and front lobby clean, assist with events, and ensure guests receive friendly, proactive service. Training on all games will be provided, and you will join a team committed to safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Educate guests about Electric Playhouse and what we offer.
• Assist in maintaining the play, retail and entry areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of admissions and front lobby/cafe area.
• Maintain cleanliness of play areas and all recreational spaces.
• Maintain stock levels and presentation of advertising paraphernalia and retail items.
• Coordinate with ticketing attendants, event coordinators, and management for events or groups.
• Promote and maintain the highest level of customer service for all guests.
• Resolve guest complaints within authority; escalate to management when needed.
• Perform weekly and monthly inventories.
• Learn, understand and demonstrate all available games and experiences to guests.
• Learn and apply a standard of friendly active play for all ages.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

• Maintain cleanliness of play areas and all recreational spaces
• Maintain stock levels and presentation of any advertising paraphernalia and retail items
• Coordinate with ticketing attendants, Event coordinators, and Management for any special events and / or immersive dining experiences or special groups
• Promotes and maintains the highest level of customer service to all guests while staying alert to their needs.
• Resolves guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management. Notifies supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, safety concerns, special circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.

• Learn, understand and demonstrate all available games and experiences to guests
• Learn and execute a standard of friendly active play for all ages of customer
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
