We are an indoor playground AND coffee shop. We are seeking someone to help run the cafe side of business but all employees are cross-trained. Creative opportunities to help with balloon pickup orders are an option for more hours too.

This is ideally a full time position. Hours do fluctuate seasonally. We're looking for someone Monday to Friday 9-4pm. Possibility of picking up weekday/weeknight shifts when we have call-offs. We are seeking 2 candidates at the moment. We do NOT provide childcare, we work closely with many kids and their families, you must be able to communicate and interact well with children and their families. Customer service skills must be top-notch!

General Responsibilities:

- Cleaning and customer service is 80% of this job! You will be responsible for cleaning toys in our play area every day. Attention to detail is a must.

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Take orders and handle cash transactions accurately

- Prepare and serve beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies

- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed.

- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other cafe areas

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, assembling fruit trays.

- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment

Lead Responsibilities (if applicable):

-Design and decide promotional monthly menus, specialty drinks to feature.

-Perform regular inventory and place supply orders.

-Oversee the cafe organizational task lists.

-Ensure tasks are completed by team members. Adjust accordingly

Experience:

- Previous cafe experience HIGHLY encourage but not required.

- Experience working with children and families preferred.
