Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to work with children with neurodevelopmental differences in a play-based ABA setting. You will receive paid training, BCAT orientation, and collaboration with BCBA supervision to implement evidence-based interventions.

The role supports full-time and part-time schedules in Milton, MA, with a strong emphasis on safety, family collaboration, and ongoing professional development. Eligible for comprehensive benefits for qualifying roles.

Qualifications

• Experience with children, autism a plus.
• Bachelor's or higher or equivalent educational background.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (assistance provided).
• Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within local radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.

• Follow crisis protocols including de-escalation and mandated reporting.

Compensation & Schedules

• Pay Range: $23.62 to $31.69 per hour, based on experience and education.
• Thoughtfully Designed Schedules: We offer a range of predictable schedules with a single, direct rate of pay, including:
• Full-time roles with 5-day-per-week commitments.
• Part-time roles with flexible 5-, 3-, or 2-day-per-week options.
• Opportunities to pick up additional hours on Saturdays.
• Weekly hours range from 6 to 40.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus!).
• Masters, bachelor’s degree, high school or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain your BCAT credential within 90 days (we’ll help!).
• Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within a 30-40 minute drive radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
