Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver play-based ABA and support children with neurodevelopmental differences. This role offers part-time schedules with flexible days and opportunities for additional hours on Saturdays, plus paid training and a BCAT credential review.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, tracking progress and contributing to individualized care plans. A valid license and transportation are needed for local travel within a 30-40 minute radius.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or higher; Bachelor's or Master's preferred.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA input.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support growth.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus!).
• High School or equivalent, bachelor's or master's degree.
• Willingness to obtain your BCAT credential within 90 days of your start date (We provide all training!).
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (within a 30-40-minute drive radius).
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
