Cortica is searching for dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and deliver life-changing, play-based ABA services to children with neurodevelopmental differences. We offer 2-week in-person orientation, paid training, and opportunities for growth while supporting your professional development.

Join a supportive, multi-disciplinary team and help families create meaningful progress in home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (autism a plus).
• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
• Able to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with supervision from BCBA.
• Document session data to track progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols, including de-escalation and reporting.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus!).
• High Schoolor equivalent,bachelor’s or master’sdegree.
• Ability to consistently travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
