Qualifications

• Dependable, compassionate, and excited to support young children.
• Able to obtain RBT certification within 120 days of hire.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support young children and their families through play-based care.
• Work closely with children during daily routines to build foundational skills.
• Implement care plans with guidance from a supervising BCBA.
