Job summary

Cortica, a pediatric neurodevelopmental care provider, is hiring Behavior Technicians to support families and apply evidence-based ABA techniques with children at multiple client sites in the greater area.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement ABA strategies and document session data.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support treatment goals.
