Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team in California. This role offers part-time options with flexible schedules and a direct pay rate. Training is fully paid, including BCAT exam review, with ongoing professional development and potential referrals bonuses.

You will provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with neurodevelopmental differences, collaborate with BCBA supervisors, and track progress with detailed session data.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or autism is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start.
• Proficient with EMR systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement behavior strategies developed with BCBA.
• Document data to track progress and support goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols including de-escalation and reporting.
