Job summary

Cortica is hiring Behavior Technicians in Raleigh to deliver naturalistic, play-based ABA for children with neurodevelopmental differences. The role supports a caregivers-inclusive approach, with direct 1:1 and small-group sessions.

You will implement evidence-based strategies, document progress, and coordinate with BCBAs and supervisors to ensure meaningful outcomes for families in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with supervision from BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to drive progress for families.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and reporting.
