Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and help design and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. We offer paid training, a clear pay range, and flexible scheduling with part-time options.

You will provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services, implement strategies with BCBA support, and document progress while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within 30-40 minute drive.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and reporting.
