Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Play-Based Behavior Technician in Murrieta, CA to provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services for children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will work with BCBA guidelines, implement behavior strategies, and document progress.

The role includes paid training, flexible part-time options, and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (training provided).
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
