Job summary

The Family Y Grovetown, GA is hiring a Play & Learn Lead Superstar to supervise a lively early learning area part-time, with weekday evenings 4pm-8pm and Saturday shifts 8am-12pm and 5pm-9pm. You will plan activities, keep kids engaged and safe, and help with events while building strong relationships with families and teammates.

You’ll write daily reports and ensure smooth operations, cleanliness, and adherence to policies, bringing energy, care, and strong communication to every interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• Leadership skills, positivity, and patience.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Can lead or join 30 minutes of kid-friendly fitness fun.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Full range of movement-our kids don't sit still and neither will you!
• Good hearing, vision, and energy levels to keep up with the fun
