Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking a Chemical Process Operator to perform chemical and mechanical coating operations on turbine engine components. You will coat high‑pressure blades, support production, operate and maintain coating equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow blueprints and procedures. Overtime and shift work may be required to meet production needs.

A Chemical Process Operator at Chromalloy performs chemical and mechanical processes, often involving coatings, to manufacture critical turbine engine components. The duties performed are consistent across Chromalloy sites and include coating high‑pressure turbine blades, supporting overall production, operating machinery, ensuring quality, and adhering to safety and environmental standards.
This position may require work outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non‑exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels; individual compensation within the range is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, job‑related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
