Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and short correspondence.
• Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using micrometers, microscopes, and basic computer applications.
• Must be a U.S. Person (US citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee or asylee).

Responsibilities

• Plate and clean components per process specs, including degreasing and header, cover, and diode cleaning lines.
• Prepare acid and alkaline solutions and maintain rinse waters daily.
• Monitor and maintain process bath levels while following safety procedures.
• Perform housekeeping and administrative tasks, including logs for temperature, filter, and chemical usage.
• Report issues to the process control lab and supervisor.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality and customer specifications.
• Use micrometers, microscopes, and computers for measurements and documentation.
• Perform equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean.
