Qualifications

• Six months to one year of experience with Kodak Prinergy, Kodak Magnus Platesetter, and Kimori or similar equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED or related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend job tickets and customer specifications.
• Proficient computer knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Able to adapt to schedule changes.
• Willingness to cross train in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure and operate the plating equipment (CTP).
• Access the batching system to view press schedule and identify priority jobs.
• Examine job orders to determine quantity, stock specs, color and instructions.
• Liaise with press crew to troubleshoot plate-press issues.
• Monitor supplies and report potential production issues.
• Monitor equipment and perform quality checks and reporting.
• Complete paperwork and maintain records.
• Ensure equipment and workstation are safe and in good condition.
• Report hazards and injuries promptly.
• Attend department meetings and follow safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
