Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Connecticut seeks a Plating Operator to join our team. You will operate production equipment, monitor chemicals, and ensure quality throughout the plating process.

You must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, work up to 10 hours, and comply with ITAR rules as US Citizens/Permanent Residents. We offer safety training, full benefits, and opportunities for advancement through the Operator Advancement Program.

Qualifications

• Has good English communication skills and mathematical skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor chemical inventory and maintain a safe, compliant work area.
• Communicate movement of critical and non-critical jobs to the next stages.
• Identify and record quality problems and implement corrective actions.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with managers and supervisors on safety.
• Handle hazardous waste per EH&S guidelines.
• Train on the 1st shift.
