You will maintain plating baths, document processes, and support a cleaner, safer work environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (technical training preferred) and experience in plating or chemical processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, plating, metal finishing or chemical processing is preferred.
• Attention to detail, basic math, troubleshooting skills, and ability to follow work instructions.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate plating lines, tanks, rectifiers, and related equipment.
• Load and unload parts onto racks, baskets, or fixtures.
• Prepare parts through cleaning and surface preparation processes.
• Monitor current, voltage, temperature, pH, and chemical concentrations.
• Inspect plated parts for quality and defects.
• Record production and process data.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
