Job summary

Valence is seeking a dedicated worker for a full-time, first shift role in Lawrence, MA. You will process parts in tanks, monitor times, rinse and finish parts, and complete necessary paperwork. You will oversee line assistants to optimize throughput and help with maintenance logging.

The position pays $18.00-$20.00 per hour, with Monday to Friday work in a shop environment that can reach high temperatures. This role requires adherence to safety and processing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process parts in tanks according to specifications and work orders.
• Calculate processing times and monitor cycle durations.
• Rinse, immerse in bath, and finalize parts as required.
• Complete paperwork per guidelines.
• Oversee line assistants and optimize throughput.
• Log and evaluate preventative maintenance on the processing line.
• Ensure hazardous waste is disposed of correctly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements.

Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts.

Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerses them in bath before finishing processing.

Completes Paperwork As Required By Company And Processing Guidelines.

Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput.

Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line.

Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly.

Other duties as assigned.

Work is performed in shop conditions and can be in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
