Job summary

Blackstone Talent Group seeks a Mid-Level Platform System Engineer to support the Missile Defense Space Enterprise Architecture (MDSEA) within the Missile Defense Agency. You will drive development and implementation of solutions for critical space-based defense systems, leading a team to ensure secure command and control.

The role demands experience in system engineering, requirements management, and collaboration across engineers, cybersecurity, and software teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of general full-time work experience.
• 3+ years in DoD or commercial IT systems engineering.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support Platform MDSEA frameworks and related missile defense systems.
• Develop and design solutions to optimize security, efficiency and sustainability.
• Lead and collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity, project managers, software and network teams.
• Document designs and oversee implementation and testing plans across platforms.
