What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build relationships with retail leaders to drive engagement with the credit card program
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal customer and store associate experience
- Develop and implement strategies for product adoption and sales
- Collect and analyze customer insights and market trends
- Partner with Marketing on in-store marketing and customer experience programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
- At least 2 years of client-facing experience in B2B sales or financial services
- At least 3 years of experience in a bank card partnership field leadership role
- Superior relationship building and consulting skills
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role
- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
- Proximity to major cities preferred
