Job summary

Slalom is a technology and business consulting firm delivering outcomes across Microsoft Cloud, with a focus on Azure Infrastructure, Power Platform, and data solutions. You will partner with Delivery, Sales, and Talent Acquisition to impact clients while growing a high-performing practice community.

The role emphasizes workshops, data intake forms, AI-enabled solutions, and agile delivery within a client-facing environment in Atlanta and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience with Copilot Studio is a plus.
• Familiar with custom code extension for Power Platform (e.g. PCF, Client-side Scripting, .NET Plug-ins, Custom connectors).
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum.
• Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Self-driven individual with a bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer workshops to identify the business processes for digital transformation and the accompanying requirements.
• Create data intake forms with Power Apps (Model Driven, Canvas or Power Pages Portal) with attendant workflows and validation.
• Build AI-centric solutions with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Azure Foundry.
• Integrate data from other sources with Power Automate and other tools.
• Persist data using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL or other databases.

As part of Slalom’s Microsoft Cloud Team, you’ll lead within the Azure Infrastructure practice and partner across our six Microsoft solution areas (Microsoft 365, Security, Azure Infrastructure, Digital & App Innovation, Data & AI, and Business Applications). Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Principal in Atlanta is $175,000-195,000 . I n addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus . Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
