Qualifications

• Proactive in proposing observability and resilience improvements based on API/SDK usage signals.
• Ability to update migration notes and reference implementations within guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver minor enhancements to shared services, integration adapters, or SDK surfaces within defined guardrails.
• Apply compatibility/versioning rules during fixes and minor rollouts to protect downstream teams.
• Propose small observability/resilience improvements based on API/SDK usage signals for a subsystem.
• Contributes to designing software solutions and analyzes requirements to achieve business and operational goals.
• Adheres to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Develops and reviews code for new features following design specifications.
• Conducts debugging and troubleshooting to identify and fix simple and moderately complex software issues.
• Implements software testing, QA processes, and monitoring for effective debugging.
• Supports performance profiling and optimization of coding.
• Troubleshoots issues related to API functionality and integration.
• Collaborates with team and external partners to understand customer issues and align solutions.
