IPID is seeking a Customer Reliability Engineer to own the reliability and operational excellence of production platforms and customer deployments. You will manage deployments on Kubernetes, monitor health, and drive incident resolution across teams.

The role emphasizes on-prem customer implementations and scalable, secure operations. You will work with Engineering, Product, and Operations to improve resilience, implement automation, and maintain knowledge bases.

Qualificações

• Requires 5+ years in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles in fintech or regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and configuration management.
• Proven ability to manage incidents and drive reliability improvements.
• Experience delivering customer-facing technical operations for on-prem deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end deployment of product on Kubernetes, including rollout and scaling.
• Ensure health and reliability via monitoring, logs, dashboards, and SLOs/SLIs.
• Lead technical operations for on-prem deployments and customer escalations.
• Maintain per-customer architecture knowledge and configurations.
• Codify resolutions and runbooks to improve operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support production readiness and go-live.
