Job summary
Valicy is seeking a Platform Quality Assurance Manager in Greenville, NC, to oversee quality, reliability, security, and regulatory compliance of casino gaming platforms. You will lead a team of QA analysts, drive test strategies, and ensure robust testing across functional and non-functional domains.
The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of QA methodologies, and experience with regulated gaming standards, agile environments, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a computing field and related disciplines.
- 5+ years in software testing, QA, or related roles.
- 2+ years leading QA teams and driving QA strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor QA Analysts and build a high-performing QA team.
- Direct large-scale platform testing across gaming software, hardware interfaces, and firmware.
- Develop and implement QA strategies, standards, and metrics aligned to regulatory expectations.
- Drive test automation and quality engineering to improve coverage and efficiency.
- Oversee defect triage, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Hardware, Compliance, and Operations teams.
