Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Enterprise Data Platform. You will translate real estate business needs into scalable data solutions and drive a product roadmap across property management, leasing, research, and capital markets.

Work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders to deliver data products that enable analysts, developers, and decision-makers.

Our Enterprise Data Platform is JLL's central location for data and services that power our global business line products. The platform is responsible for data ingestion across systems, resolution and standardization of that data, quality on top of the data and downstream consumption services.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovation and results across the platform by deeply understanding JLL's business lines and translating their needs into data solutions.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Define and prioritize a product roadmap and backlog that directly supports JLL's property management, leasing, research, and capital markets business lines in partnership with data team and business stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with business line product and engineering leaders to understand their workflows, processes, and data needs
• Partner with engineering, program management, and leadership to present clear and concrete vision for how data products serve real estate professionals across the organization
• Leverage Agile methodologies to deliver incremental value to end users across the organization

You are:

• Clear and concise in your communication
• Deeply knowledgeable about enterprise data products and platforms
• Experienced in building data products for engineers, analysts, product managers and data scientists
• Relentless in driving towards a common set of goals on an enterprise level

Your experience includes:

• 5+ years in enterprise data products
• Experience in data product management with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Strong understanding of engineering best practices for data management
• Communication and collaboration across large and complex organizations
• The use of data modeling, SQL, and data analytics tools

Estimated compensation for this position: 140,000.00 – 170,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
