Job summary

Hims & Hers is redefining wellness with a fully integrated consumer, clinician, and pharmacy experience. As Product Lead on the Platform team, you will own the commercial core—subscriptions, catalog, pricing, and billing—driving the monetization logic across products and categories while enabling rapid product launches.

You will set the vision, build the foundation, and ship systems that scale with the business, working alongside engineering, design, finance, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management with cross-functional teams.
• Experience owning platform, systems, or infrastructure products.
• Experience in consumer-oriented product roles, health/wellness a plus.
• Track record of building platforms teams that ship quickly.
• Ability to own, estimate, and schedule work without direct authority.
• Ability to say no to partner teams and offer reusable paths.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end platform including subscriptions, catalog, pricing, and billing.
• Build enablement tooling and configuration surfaces for new products.
• Sequence capabilities owned across categories for reuse.
• Partner with engineering and design to integrate AI into the platform.
• Ensure safety, revenue integrity, and regulatory requirements are embedded.
